No. Revenue management software supplies the data and pricing engine. We configure it, monitor it and make the judgment calls that software cannot make alone.
What access do you need?+
Access to PriceLabs and your property management system. You keep ownership of every account and we use only the access required to manage the calendar.
Will you need my Airbnb password?+
No. A connected PMS and PriceLabs are enough for the day-to-day work.
What do you review?+
Booking pace, forward occupancy, market signals, gaps, stay restrictions, far-out pricing and upcoming events. We act where the calendar needs attention.
Can you help before pricing?+
Yes. We start with the property, positioning, photos, listing presentation and Airbnb funnel. A listing problem can look like a pricing problem.
Do you guarantee more revenue?+
No responsible manager can guarantee demand. We commit to disciplined management, clear reporting and giving you your time back.
Can I cancel?+
